Seagull Lodge

Seagull Lodge is an all-ground-floor lodge on Watermouth Lodges Park, close to Watermouth Harbour and a couple of miles from Combe Martin. The open-plan living space combines a kitchen, dining area and sitting area, with an electric fire and double doors onto a decking area that's gated and fenced off from the grass beyond.

The lodge sleeps 6 across three bedrooms: a master room with a four-poster double bed, an en-suite spa bath and a separate walk-in shower, plus a further double and a twin sharing a family shower room with a walk-in shower. Gas central heating and an electric fire keep the lodge warm, and the kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Outside, decking with furniture leads through a gate to a grassed area with a picnic bench. The park has a seasonal outdoor pool and an on-site bar and restaurant, both run to the site owner's own opening times, and the bath's spa bubble function is currently out of action, though it still works as a normal bath. Off-road parking is allocated for 1 car, with further parking nearby.

Seagull Lodge takes one well-behaved dog. Smoking, barbecues, candles and fire pits are not allowed, since the lodge is built of wood. Mobile signal can be patchy given the coastal setting, and the shop is around 1.7 miles away, with the harbour cafe closer at 0.4 miles.
