Seafront Cottage

Harbour Master's Cottage sits directly on the waterfront in Plymouth, converted from the town's former harbour master's house with original exposed stone and brickwork left on show. French doors from the open-plan kitchen and living room lead onto a private patio with direct beach access, and the cottage sleeps 2.

The king-size bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a roll-top bath and basin, positioned for views over the water. A separate shower room adds a walk-in shower, basin and WC, so the cottage has two bathrooms in total for its two guests.

The open-plan kitchen, dining and living space is fitted with a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, toaster, kettle and microwave, alongside a washing machine and tumble dryer. A woodburning stove heats the sitting area, and a Smart TV with WiFi covers evenings in. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

Outside, the private patio has outdoor seating right by the water's edge, a good spot to watch boats on the Sound. Parking is on the street rather than on site, and the shop is 0.3 miles away with a pub and the beach both around 0.1 miles. Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage.
