This elevated semi-detached house sleeps 10 across five bedrooms, positioned within walking distance of Westward Ho beach and local shops, pubs and restaurants. The property is stylishly fitted and furnished throughout, making it well suited to extended family visits or groups wanting practical space across three floors.

The lounge has bay windows with sea views, a wood burner, comfortable seating and entertainment including a Sky Glass smart TV with Netflix and PlayStation 4. Glazed folding doors divide the space into two snug areas when needed. The dining room also has sea views through its bay window and its own wood burner; a large table seats up to 12. The kitchen and breakfast room is equipped with electric double oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer, with a conservatory roof bringing in natural light. A utility room holds a washing machine, tumble dryer and body boards for beach use, and a separate WC leads through to the courtyard and hot tub.

Five bedrooms are spread across the first and second floors. Two doubles have sea views and en-suite shower rooms; a third double has three steps down to two additional single beds and its own en-suite. The first-floor twin shares the main bathroom, which has a shower over bath and WC. A second twin occupies the attic room on the second floor with its own en-suite shower room.

Outside, a large enclosed decked area has garden furniture and a barbecue. The private hot tub is accessible from the courtyard. Two dogs are welcome, with additional charges that may apply.
