This large detached property stands on Northam Burrows within easy walking distance of Westward Ho beach and town centre. It sleeps 10 guests across five bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it well suited to extended families or groups. A ground-floor twin bedroom provides one sleeping space downstairs. Upstairs are three double rooms, two with sea views and one overlooking Northam Burrows, plus a bunk bedroom. One of the sea-view doubles also has a single bed. Both bathrooms include a WC: one has a shower over bath and the other a shower cubicle.

The ground-floor open-plan lounge and kitchen seats six at a dining table and is fitted with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. A second lounge accommodates four guests and has Freesat TV with a DVD player. The main open-plan area also has Freesat TV. A games room with table football provides further indoor entertainment, and electric and central heating are included throughout.

An enclosed patio provides private outdoor space, and the driveway accommodates several cars. Three dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. A travel cot and highchair are available for families with young children. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00.
