Pebble Ridge View

Pebble Ridge View is a reverse-level house in Westward Ho!, with all five bedrooms on the ground floor and the main living space upstairs. It sleeps 10, with a hot tub in the back garden and off-road parking for two cars. Bed linen and towels are included, with fuel and power covered in the rent. At certain times of year the property takes short breaks, with a three-night minimum stay.

The bedrooms comprise a super-king-size that can be set up as twin beds on request, a king-size, a double, a twin and a bunk room with 3ft beds, sharing a family bathroom alongside the king-size and super-king-size en-suite shower rooms. Highchair and travel cot are available on request.

Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area has a vaulted ceiling and opens onto a balcony, with an electric oven, induction hob, two microwaves, a dishwasher and a Tassimo coffee machine (guests bring their own pods). Gas underfloor heating covers the house, and four Smart TVs plus WiFi are spread through the living space.

The enclosed rear garden has a patio, furniture, a charcoal barbecue and a hot tub. The sitting room's woodburning stove is being removed, as the house now has underfloor heating throughout. Pebble Ridge View welcomes up to two well-behaved dogs, and the shop, pub and beach are all 0.7 miles away, with Westward Ho!'s two miles of sandy beach close by.
