This property stands near Westward Ho, with the beach, shops and pubs within easy reach. Entry is via a first-floor porch, a practical spot for stowing boots and coats before heading into the main living space.

The first floor holds four of the five bedrooms: a king-size room with French doors onto a private balcony overlooking the garden and sea, a second king-size room, a double, and a triple room combining a double bed with a single bunk above. A family bathroom serves this floor. Downstairs, an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area has a dining table seating up to ten and bi-fold doors onto the garden, alongside a second snug lounge with a sofa bed and a shower room off the utility area. A separate annexe building beyond the garden houses a fifth sleeping space, a pull-down double bed with its own en-suite shower room and a small kitchenette, giving a couple extra privacy from the main house.

Outside, the enclosed rear garden has sea views over Westward Ho, a patio for outdoor dining, and a summer shed with seating and a drinks fridge. A separate outbuilding provides an additional shower room and WC, useful after a day at the beach, and a garage doubles as a games room with table football. The whole plot is gated, which helps keep children and dogs contained.

Practical details worth noting before booking: private off-road parking is available for four cars, and up to three dogs are welcome with an additional charge. A travel cot, stairgates and highchair can be provided on request. Internet access is available throughout. Arrival is from 4pm and departure by 10am.
