Seacroft Cottage

Seacroft Cottage is a Grade II listed building in Combe Martin, with sea views and around 20 steps down to the beach. The cottage sleeps 4 across two bedrooms, a king-size and a twin, sharing a single ground-floor shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and heated towel rail. There's a slight step at the shower entrance to be aware of when booking.

The kitchen/diner is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with icebox and a dishwasher, plus a coffee maker with pods provided for the first evening. A separate utility room holds the washer/dryer, and the sitting room has a Smart TV and WiFi. Gas central heating runs throughout, with fuel and power included in the rent.

Outside, a patio with furniture is the spot for a morning coffee or an evening drink. Off-road parking is provided for one car, and a river runs alongside the property, so young children need supervising outdoors. The pub is 0.1 miles away and the shop is 0.6 miles. Seacroft takes one well-behaved dog.

Check-in runs from a strict 4pm and the cottage cannot take arrivals on Fridays. A returnable housekeeping bond applies to every stay, and smoking is not permitted inside the cottage.
