15 Manleigh Park

15 Manleigh Park is a single-storey, dog-friendly lodge tucked into Combe Martin's Manleigh Park, on the edge of Exmoor National Park. Two steps lead up to the door, and the lodge sleeps 4 across a double and a twin bedroom.

A bathroom with a bath, shower over and basin serves both bedrooms. The open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area is fitted with an oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and TV, with WiFi and fuel and power included in the rent.

An enclosed, decked veranda with furniture is set up for meals outdoors, and one allocated parking space is provided in the car park. A highchair and travel cot are available on request. Guests share an on-site launderette and an on-site bar, which opens during the school summer holidays. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome, kept on leads on site, with a dog exercise field and towels provided elsewhere on the park. The shop is 0.4 miles, the pub 0.2 miles and the beach 1.1 miles away. Check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am, Sunday arrivals are not accepted, and smoking is not permitted. Ilfracombe is 5 miles away, Woolacombe 12 miles and Barnstaple 13 miles, all within reach for a day out from the lodge.
