12 Manleigh Park

12 Manleigh Park is a single-storey, dog-friendly lodge on Combe Martin's Manleigh Park, on the edge of Exmoor National Park, with views across the village towards the sea. Several steps lead up to the front door, and the lodge sleeps 4 across a double and a twin bedroom.

A family bathroom with a bath, shower over and basin serves both bedrooms. The open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area is fitted with an oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and TV, with WiFi and fuel and power included in the rent.

Outside, a decked veranda with furniture is set up for evening meals, and one allocated parking space is provided in the car park. A highchair and travel cot are available on request, and guests can use the shared, on-site launderette.

Up to three well-behaved dogs are welcome, kept on leads on site, with a dog exercise field and towels provided elsewhere on the park. The shop is 0.4 miles, the pub 0.2 miles and the beach 1.1 miles away. Check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am, Sunday arrivals are not accepted, and smoking is not permitted. The South West Coast Path begins at the doorstep, leading towards Hangman Cliffs, England's highest sea cliff, with Exmoor Zoo, Watermouth Castle and Arlington Court within easy reach for a family day out.
