Sleeping four across two bedrooms, this two-storey holiday home sits in the heart of Brixham, with the harbour under 500 metres away on foot. The lower floor holds both bedrooms and the family shower room, while the upper floor opens into a spacious lounge and dining area fitted with two sofas, a Smart TV and a wood burner (logs not included). A small utility room on the lower floor houses a washer-dryer, and the kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Fibre Wi-Fi runs throughout.

The property is entered from the rear via around 35 steep steps down through the terraced garden, and there are steep steps at the front too, so it is worth bearing that in mind before booking. On-street parking is available subject to availability and no space is allocated. One dog is welcome and a crate is kept in the lounge; additional charges may apply.

Both floors benefit from harbour outlooks. The upper lounge looks across the inner harbour, and the lower bedroom has its own harbour views. At the front, a small patio with a bench takes in views along Torbay. To the rear, a west-facing raised deck sits at the top of a multi-tiered terraced garden with uninterrupted views across Brixham and along the South Coast; parts of the garden have low-level walls and the layout is stepped rather than flat.

A beach is roughly 700 metres away, and the town centre with its independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants is within 500 metres. Brixham is built on a steep hill with many narrow streets unsuitable for cars, so some areas are best explored on foot. Travel cot, highchair and stairgates are available for families with young children.
