Sawtons Cottage 1

Sawtons Cottage 1 is a semi-detached property in a rural spot around 2.4 miles from Dawlish, one half of a converted pair of cottages presented with a home-from-home decor. It sleeps 5 across two bedrooms, with a ground-floor cloakroom and a family bathroom upstairs.

The kitchen/diner has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and there's a dining table for meals together. The sitting room and main bedroom both have a Smart TV, with WiFi throughout the cottage. Central heating covers the property, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

One bedroom holds a triple arrangement with a double and a single bed, and the other is a double, both neatly presented. The bathroom upstairs has a bath with shower over, basin and WC, and a separate downstairs cloakroom adds a second WC and basin. A highchair and travel cot are available for younger guests.

Sawtons Cottage 1 welcomes two well-behaved dogs. Smoking is not permitted, and ample off-road parking is provided, with an enclosed patio and furniture for time outdoors. There is no electric vehicle charging point at the property. The shop is around 1.4 miles away, the pub about 2 miles and the beach roughly 3.1 miles, and the cottage can also be booked together with its neighbouring half, sleeping up to 10 guests between them.
