Sandy Bay Bungalow

This single-storey bungalow sits a short walk from the centre of Instow, with the sand dunes, estuary beach, village shop, yacht club and local pubs all within reach on foot. The entrance leads into a lounge/diner with comfortable sofas, a Smart TV with DVD player, and views across the rooftops toward the estuary and Appledore beyond.

The kitchen also takes in these views and is equipped with an electric double oven, gas hob, microwave and a fridge with an ice compartment. A separate utility room houses the washing machine and a countertop freezer, along with a separate WC. Both bedrooms lead off the hallway: a king-size room with river views and a twin room, served by a bathroom with a bath, shower over, WC and bidet.

Outside, a terrace at the front is furnished with seating and looks out toward the water, while the rear garden is a lawned area that has been enclosed and includes a summer house. A driveway provides off-road parking for several cars, which is a practical advantage in a village setting. Internet access is available at the property.

One dog can be accommodated, with an additional charge applying. A travel cot and highchair can be provided for younger visitors. Arrival is from 3pm, and departure is required by 10am. Note that a ring doorbell is fitted to the kitchen door.
