This single-storey chalet-style bungalow sits on a quiet street in Croyde, roughly half a mile from the village centre and the beach itself, making it a practical base for a family group who prefer to leave the car behind for days out. A paved pathway a few hundred metres from the house leads down towards the sands, with the same distance covered easily on foot, by bicycle or by road.

Inside, all accommodation is arranged on one level around an open-plan living space. The lounge is fitted with sofas for evenings in, while a dining area sits towards the far end near the kitchen, which has a back door opening directly onto the garden. Access into the kitchen is via two steps. Sleeping six across three bedrooms, the layout comprises a double room, a twin or single room and a bunk bed room, all sharing use of the one family bathroom with a shower fitted over the bath and a WC.

Outside, a fully enclosed wraparound garden is mostly laid to lawn, giving space for outdoor games, and is furnished with a table and chairs for eating outside when the weather allows. Private parking is available on site for two cars, and internet access is provided for those who need to stay connected during the stay.

This is a dog-friendly property, with up to two dogs permitted and additional charges may apply. A travel cot is available on request, and the village itself has a shop and a pub nearby for essentials or a casual meal out.
