Salmon Leap

Salmon Leap is a short walk from the harbour in Brixham, within reach of shops, pubs and restaurants, though the steep hills and steps down towards the harbour could be difficult for young children or anyone unsteady on their feet. The property occupies the ground and first floors of a three-storey building and sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms.

The open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner forms the main living space, with bi-folding doors opening onto views over the town and underfloor heating throughout. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob and coffee machine, while a separate utility area holds a fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. A Smart TV, DVD player and PlayStation 3 with games are provided in the lounge, along with a Bluetooth speaker.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king-size bed, its own balcony with table and chairs, and an en-suite shower room with WC. Two further twin bedrooms share a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. Bed linen and towels are included, and wifi is provided throughout the property.

Outside, a south-facing rear garden looks out over the town and is furnished with a table, chairs, two sofas and a coffee table, plus a charcoal barbecue. Off-road private parking is available for one car only. No dogs are permitted, and a travel cot and highchair can be provided on request for families with young children.
