Rosebank

Rosebank sits close to Combe Martin, near Ilfracombe on the North Devon coast, and sleeps six across three bedrooms arranged on a single level. The layout comprises a king-size room, a double and a bunk room, all with wardrobe space, sharing one family shower room fitted with a shower and WC.

The open-plan feel continues through the ground floor, where a lounge with two sofas and an armchair faces a Smart TV and a built-in wood burner, with a first basket of logs provided. The kitchen is combined with a utility area holding a washing machine and tumble dryer, and includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A conservatory dining area overlooks the garden and seats the whole party together.

Outside, the enclosed rear garden has a spacious lawn and a patio with outdoor seating and a charcoal barbecue, ideal for eating outdoors during a stay. Off-road parking is available on a first-come basis, with additional roadside parking nearby if needed. Internet access is provided in the property.

Up to three dogs are welcome at Rosebank, though additional charges may apply, and shops and a pub are within easy walking distance. The beach is around a mile away. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00, with towels included for the stay.
