This chalet sits within Fishcombe Holiday Park, a short distance from Brixham, and suits couples or a small family who want a straightforward base with some on-site extras. The open-plan living space combines a fitted kitchen, with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge with ice box, alongside a dining table for four and a carpeted lounge area with a TV, DVD player and an electric feature fire.

There are two bedrooms, a double and a twin, sharing a single shower room with shower cubicle, washbasin and WC. Fifteen external steps lead up to the front entrance door, which is worth noting for anyone with heavy luggage or mobility concerns. A travel cot and highchair can be requested for younger visitors.

Outside, a small terrace to the front of the property has a bench and a table and chairs, overlooking the rest of the holiday park, and there is one private allocated parking space. From March to October guests can use the park's own facilities, including a heated indoor pool and a bar serving eat-in or takeaway food; outside those months these amenities are closed.

No dogs are permitted at this property. The wider park area gives access to woodland and coastal paths, while Brixham itself has shops, cafes, restaurants and harbour boat trips within reach for day-to-day outings.
