This lodge-style property sits on a holiday park above St Mary's Bay on the outskirts of Brixham, with contemporary styling throughout and space for up to six guests. The open-plan living area has two sofas arranged around a Smart TV, with a dining table seating six close to the kitchen.

The kitchen is fitted with an oven, hob, American-style fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Three bedrooms are arranged with a spacious king-size double featuring a separate dressing area and en-suite shower room with walk-in shower and WC, while two further twin rooms with built-in storage share a second shower room, also with a walk-in shower and WC.

Outside, an enclosed decked terrace runs along the front of the property, reached through patio doors from the living area and furnished for sitting out, with views towards St Mary's Bay. One private parking space is provided, with additional parking available on site. A travel cot and booster seat can be requested in advance, and one dog is welcome, subject to an additional charge.

The park itself has an outside swimming pool, a fitness room and a bar/café, though these operate seasonal opening hours and carry an additional cost, with the management retaining the right to close them for maintenance or at the end of the season. The beach at St Mary's Bay is within walking distance, along with a shop and restaurant nearby.
