River Bank Retreat is a contemporary two-bedroom property in East Devon sleeping four guests across a king-size room with en-suite and a twin bedroom, both with access to the private front terrace. Entry is via a couple of external steps into an open-plan living area finished with a feature wall, smart TV and a wood burner with the first set of logs provided.

The fully equipped kitchen sits at the centre of the property with a dining area that seats four, and underfloor heating runs throughout. Alongside the dishwasher and washing machine, there is an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and an air fryer. The family bathroom, opposite the twin room, has a free-standing roll-top bath, walk-in shower and WC, while the king-size bedroom at the rear has its own en-suite shower room. No dogs are permitted at this property.

Outside, a private paved terrace at the front of the property has outdoor furniture and lighting, suitable for alfresco dining or an evening drink. Two off-road parking spaces are included. The retreat is part of a small complex and can be booked alongside the adjoining Mole End Retreat for larger groups, with a partition wall separating the two terraces.

Honiton, around 9 miles away, has a supermarket, independent shops, a bakery, butchers and regular farmers' markets. A pub and a shop are within a mile of the property, and the nearest beach is approximately 14.5 miles away.
