This single-storey bungalow sits in the centre of Braunton, within walking distance of the village's shops, pubs and restaurants. It sleeps up to six across three bedrooms, each fitted with a zip-and-link super-king-size bed that can be converted into twins on request, making it adaptable for families or groups of friends travelling together.

One bedroom has an en-suite shower room with WC, while the remaining two share a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and a separate WC. The open-plan lounge leads into a kitchen/diner with large sliding doors onto the patio, and the kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher, plus underfloor heating. A separate utility room off the hallway holds a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a highchair and travel cot are available for younger guests.

Outside, a wrap-around decking area and patio surround an enclosed garden, with a charcoal barbecue for outdoor dining and a heated outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. Storage is provided for surfboards, wetsuits and bikes, useful given the coastline nearby. Off-road parking is available for two cars within a gated driveway.

Up to three dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply, and internet access is provided. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00. The property is decorated for Christmas during the festive season, which is worth noting if visiting at that time of year.
