Quayside Lookout

Quayside Lookout is a first-floor apartment above a coffee shop on the edge of the harbour in Brixham, sleeping 4 across two bedrooms. The open-plan lounge, diner and kitchen are L-shaped and light, looking out over boats moored close enough to feel part of the harbour scene, and both bedrooms sit at the rear of the flat for a quieter night's sleep.

The king-size bedroom has its own en-suite shower room with shower cubicle, WC and washbasin. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be zip-linked into a king-size on request, and there's a separate family bathroom with bath, WC and washbasin. A utility room sits off the hall.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher, and the utility room holds a washing machine and tumble dryer. There's a TV with DVD player and WiFi throughout. Night storage and electric heating cover the flat, though a heating supplement applies for stays outside the summer season.

One parking permit is provided for a nearby council car park rather than parking at the property itself. No pets are accepted and smoking is not permitted. The shop is around a quarter of a mile away and the pub around 500 yards.

Brixham's harbour is on the doorstep, with a passenger ferry and a steam train to Dartmouth both within easy reach for a day out without needing the car.
