Quayside Cottage

Quayside Cottage sits in the arts quarter at the centre of Teignmouth, close to the vibrant quayside and the beach, and takes its name from that exceptional location. The open-plan living space combines a kitchen, dining area and sitting room, with the shop, pub and beach all within about 0.1 to 0.3 miles.

The cottage sleeps 4 across two bedrooms, a double and a twin, both decorated in soothing tones, looking over the courtyard and with plenty of storage for belongings. A single shower room has a walk-in shower, basin and WC.

The kitchen has a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge and a washer/dryer, and the sitting room has a flat-screen TV with DVD player and WiFi. Central heating covers the cottage, with fuel and power, plus bed linen and towels, included in the rent.

A small enclosed courtyard with furniture gives space to eat outside on warmer days after a day at the beach. One well-behaved dog is welcome, though dogs are not permitted on the main beach at Teignmouth between 1 April and 30 September. No smoking is allowed, and a weekly public car park permit covering all the Teignbridge car parks can be booked online in advance for parking nearby the cottage.
