Port Cottage - Brixham

Port Cottage is a three-storey fisherman's cottage in Brixham, Devon, sleeping four guests across two bedrooms. The ground floor holds the lounge, with comfortable seating around a Smart TV, and a shower room with WC. A hallway staircase leads up through the property, with the cottage-style stairs being steep and narrow and having changes in floor level between rooms.

On the first floor sits the super-king-size master bedroom alongside the kitchen/diner, which is fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The twin bedroom occupies the second floor, along with a separate bathroom offering a shower over the bath and WC. Wi-Fi is included throughout, along with linen and towels.

There is no private parking at the property. A public car park is within walking distance, and guests can unload directly outside the front door before moving vehicles on. Brixham itself sits on a steep hill, and many of its streets, shops and cottages are reached via steps, some of them fairly steep, so this property may not suit guests with reduced mobility given its own internal stairs and level changes.

One dog is welcome at Port Cottage, with additional charges applying. A highchair is available for younger guests. The cottage has an adjoining door to Starboard Cottage next door, so the two can be booked together to accommodate parties of up to eight where a larger group needs the extra space.
