This three-bedroom cottage sits within walking distance of Brixham, reached via around 100 steps or a sloping path down into the town centre. The property sleeps six across a super king-size en-suite master bedroom, a twin room with floor-to-ceiling wardrobes, and a double bedroom on the upper floor.

The master and twin bedrooms are found off the entrance hallway, along with a wet room featuring a walk-in waterfall shower, a free-standing bath, underfloor heating and a WC. The third bedroom, on the upper floor, has its own separate WC nearby. The kitchen and dining area, fitted with granite worktops and a coffee machine, sits a few steps up, next to a lounge with a large bay window looking out towards Brixham.

Outside, a door from the master bedroom opens onto a pebbled garden with two benches, enclosed by low walls, so children and pets need supervising. A low-height doorway from the hallway leads to a partially covered courtyard at the rear, along with the property's own 'Pirate Cave'. Parking is on-street rather than private, and internet access is provided throughout.

Up to three dogs can stay, with additional charges possibly applying, and a travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available on request. Beach towels are not supplied, so pack your own, and the property does not accept party bookings. Arrival is from 4pm and departure before 10am.
