Pepper's Cottage is a renovated fisherman's cottage on Irsha Street, running parallel to the Torridge Estuary in West Appledore. It sleeps 4 across two bedrooms and a shower room, with steep steps up to the property that are worth planning around for anyone with mobility issues.

The open-plan living space downstairs has underfloor heating, a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a log-effect fire and a smart TV. Upstairs, one bedroom has a double bed and TV, and the other has twin beds and a view over the garden. A shower room has a vanity unit, and there's a separate cloakroom with its own WC next door.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Outside, an enclosed rear garden has a patio, decking, furniture and a shed for beach gear, with steps up to a south-facing patio and a sun deck at the top with views over the estuary. Parking is via the public car park or on the road. Pepper's Cottage takes up to two small, well-behaved dogs, though they are not permitted upstairs. The shop is around 1.6 miles away and the pub about 0.1 miles.
