Pebble Bay

Pebble Bay is a three-storey fisherman's cottage in 1800s style in Brixham, Devon. It sleeps 6 across three bedrooms: a second-floor king-size double with its own en-suite shower, basin and WC, a king-size double, and a room with bunk beds.

A family bathroom with bath, shower, basin and WC serves the rest of the cottage. The open-plan living area combines a kitchen, dining space and sitting area with an open fire, and stone walls and ceiling beams run through the property.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Gas central heating and the open fire cover the cottage, with fuel, power and a starter pack for the fire included in the rent between October and March. A TV with Freeview and WiFi are provided, along with a selection of books and games.

Parking is on nearby roads, first come first served, though loading and unloading is possible right outside the property. The shop, pub and beach are all about a 2-minute walk away, useful for stocking up without needing the car.

No pets are allowed and the cottage is no smoking throughout, and bed linen and towels are included, with one bath towel provided per person. Children need to be aged 5 or over to stay.
