Pearl Cottage

This three-storey renovated fisherman's cottage in Brixham sleeps four guests across two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed on the middle floor, while the top-floor room is a twin that can be made up as a super-king on request and catches glimpses of the sea. A ground-floor shower room and WC serves the whole cottage. The internal staircases are steep cottage-style stairs and may not be suitable for guests with restricted mobility.

The living area has a wood burner with the first basket of logs included during winter months, alongside a Smart TV. The kitchen comes equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, and coffee machine, handy for preparing meals with fresh seafood from the nearby market. A washing machine and freezer are housed in an outside cupboard, and a highchair is available for families with young children.

A private rooftop terrace off the middle-floor landing has seating and dining furniture for alfresco evenings. At the rear, a small courtyard is shared with the neighbouring property and provides a quiet spot for fresh air. One parking permit is included for the marina car park 0.4 miles away, with a 6ft 6in height restriction; a side street beside the property allows for drop-off and luggage unloading.

Two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. The harbour, pubs, and shops are around 0.3 miles away and the beach is 0.4 miles. Check-in is from 16:00 and departure is before 10:00.
