Pear Tree Cottage

Pear Tree Cottage sits within a courtyard cluster known as the Village in a Village, in the heart of Appledore. Two bedrooms and one bathroom sleep 4, and the sitting room's wooden beams and the kitchen/diner give guests room to cook and eat together.

One bedroom has a super-king-size bed that can be set up as a twin on request, and the other is a double, both with a TV. The bathroom has a bath, a walk-in shower, a basin and a heated towel rail. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, and the sitting room has a smart TV plus a second TV, WiFi and a selection of books to settle in with.

Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent, so there's little to bring beyond luggage. A highchair and travel cot are available on request, and a non-enclosed communal garden with furniture gives guests space to sit outside at the end of the day. Pear Tree Cottage takes up to two well-behaved pets.

There is no parking with the property itself; guests use the road or a chargeable public car park close by. The shop and pub are around 0.1 miles away, the river is also 0.1 miles, and the beach is about 2.1 miles. Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage.
