Omega House

Omega House sits in Kingswear, near Dartmouth, and sleeps six across three bedrooms on the first floor of the building. The layout comprises a king-size room, a double and a twin, with one bathroom fitted with a free-standing roll-top claw-foot bath and a separate shower, plus an additional separate WC elsewhere in the apartment.

The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, air fryer, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, along with a Nespresso pod machine and microwave. The lounge has a smart TV and a Steinway upright piano, while families travelling with young children will find a travel cot, highchair and stairgate provided. Outside space includes a gated balcony with a bistro table and chairs and a courtyard with a Weber BBQ and a teak dining table seating six.

Up to three dogs can stay, with additional charges applying, and bowls, towels and a blanket are left out for them. A shop and pub are within a short walk, and a small beach lies close to the driveway. Internet access is available at the property.

Access is worth planning for before arrival: the approach is via a narrow 6'6" historic walled lane, so wing mirrors should be tucked in and some larger cars or SUVs will not fit. The drive itself is steep, with parking on the forecourt at the top; an alternative is to park lower down and walk up, or to use the public steps from Ridley Hill to reach the first-floor side gate. The owners retain a ground-floor storage area separate from the apartment above.
