This chalet sits on a small holiday park above Fishcombe Cove, within a mile of Brixham town centre via the South West Coast Path and Battery Park. Sleeping up to four, it suits couples or families wanting a straightforward seaside base rather than a large house.

Inside, an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area forms the main living space, with a large window looking out over Torbay, a Smart TV/DVD player and an electric fire. The kitchen is equipped for everyday cooking, and the two bedrooms, a double and a bunk room, sit alongside a single shower room with WC.

To the front, a small terrace with seating for four catches the sun and shares the same view across the water to Torbay. Guests have use of the park's indoor heated swimming pool and an on-site clubhouse with a bar, seasonal entertainment and a shop, open from Easter to October. One allocated parking space is provided, and fifteen external steps lead up to the front entrance door, worth noting for anyone who finds steps difficult.

This property is not suitable for babies or infants, as no travel cot or highchair is provided and space is limited; children aged two and above are welcome. Dogs are not permitted. Arrival is from 3pm and departure by 10am.
