This second-floor apartment sits close to the seafront at Westward Ho, with the wide sandy beach around ten minutes away on foot, along with the town's cafes, shops and pubs. The village of Appledore, with its fishing harbour, is a five-minute drive away, and boat trips run from there across the estuary to Instow.

The apartment sleeps four across two bedrooms. The double room has its own balcony and en-suite shower room with WC, while the twin room is served by a separate bathroom with a shower-over-bath and WC. The lounge/diner is the main living space, fitted with a TV, DVD player, hi-fi and a selection of books and games, and it opens onto a balcony with sea views and seating, an extra outdoor spot alongside the one off the master bedroom.

The kitchen also has sea views and is equipped with a gas hob, double electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Off-road parking is provided for one car, with further parking available nearby subject to availability, and a lift runs from the parking area up to the apartment. A travel cot is available on request, and shops, pubs and the beach are all within walking distance.
