12 Nautilus

12 Nautilus is a first-floor, reverse-level apartment in Westward Ho!, with the beach just across the road. The layout puts both bedrooms on the entrance floor and the open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area upstairs, where a Smart TV covers evenings in. The apartment sleeps 4 across two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The king-size bedroom has an en-suite bath with a shower over, a heated towel rail, basin and WC, while the twin bedroom is served by a separate shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, washer/dryer and WC. Upstairs, the living space opens onto a balcony with sea views, a good spot to sit out between beach visits.

The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, with a kettle and toaster for the basics, and gas central heating covers the apartment. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available for guests travelling with young children, and WiFi is provided throughout.

Two designated off-road parking spaces are provided, and the shop, pub and beach are all around 0.1 miles away, with a lake and river 1.1 miles off. No pets are allowed, the property is strictly no smoking, and it cannot accommodate Friday or Sunday changeovers.
