37 Ocean Park

37 Ocean Park is a fourth-floor apartment in Westward Ho!, reached by stairs or a lift from the ground-floor entrance. The double bedroom, kitchen and sitting room all take in views over the sweeping Saunton Sands, and a small balcony off the sitting room gives somewhere to sit outside and take it in.

The double bedroom has its own en-suite shower room with basin and WC, plus a Juliet balcony, and there's a separate twin bedroom along the hall. A second, main bathroom has a bath with a shower over, basin and WC, so the two bedrooms don't need to share facilities during a stay.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and the sitting room has a dining area, Smart TV, CD/radio player and a selection of books, jigsaws and games for evenings in. Gas central heating covers the apartment throughout, with fuel and power included in the rent.

Off-road parking is provided for 2 cars, and the shop, pub and beach are all around 5 minutes' walk from the building. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent along with fuel and power. No pets are allowed and the apartment is no smoking throughout, inside and on the balcony alike.
