On the second floor of a seafront building in Westward Ho, this contemporary apartment looks directly out over the beach and sea towards Lundy Island. Reached by stairs or a lift from the shared entrance, it sleeps four across two bedrooms and has two bathrooms, making it practical for two couples or a small family.

The open-plan living area combines a well-fitted kitchen with a lounge and dining space. Large windows and glass balcony doors keep the room light and frame the beach view throughout the day. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine, and a utility cupboard off the hallway houses a washer/dryer. A Smart TV with full Sky including Sports and Netflix is in the lounge, and superfast broadband is available throughout.

The private balcony runs the width of the living area and has outdoor dining furniture, giving you somewhere to eat or sit with a drink while looking out over the water. One car can be parked in the dedicated underground space; additional spaces may be available at the front of the building, and a shared electric vehicle charging point in the underground car park is available at extra charge.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and its own en-suite with shower over bath and WC. The second bedroom has twin beds and is served by the separate shower room with WC. A travel cot and highchair can be arranged on request. Dogs are not accepted. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure by 10:00.
