Oak Leaves Cottage

Oak Leaves Cottage is a two-bedroom cottage on the Twelve Oaks Farm estate in the hamlet of Teigngrace, near Newton Abbot. Set over two floors, it sleeps 4 and shares the estate's shop and fishing lake.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, a double and a twin, served by a bathroom with a bath and a separate shower room at either end of the landing. Downstairs is an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area, and a cot and highchair are available on request.

The kitchen has an electric double oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine, and a Smart TV with WiFi sits in the sitting area. Biomass central heating runs throughout, with fuel and power included in the rent.

Outside, a patio with furniture looks over the farm, where guests can use a shared outdoor heated swimming pool open 8am to 8pm from May to September, plus a dedicated electric vehicle charging station on site, payable at reception. Off-road parking covers two cars. Oak Leaves Cottage takes one well-behaved dog for an additional charge, cats are not permitted, children need supervising as this is a working farm, and the cottage is no smoking. Sunday changeovers are not available, and commercial vehicles need prior authorisation. A short walk from the cottage, the wider Twelve Oaks Farm estate has its own on-site shop and fishing lake, with the nearest pub around two miles away.
