Ash Lodge

Ash Lodge is a single-storey lodge within Twelve Oaks Farm in Teigngrace, a few miles from Newton Abbot. Everything is on one level, and the lodge sleeps 4 across two bedrooms, making it a practical base for a couple or small family exploring Dartmoor National Park and the Devon coast nearby.

Both bedrooms are ground floor: a double with an en-suite shower room, basin and WC, and a twin room served by a second bathroom with a shower over the bath. The open-plan living area combines a sitting space, dining table and kitchen, fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. A highchair and travel cot are available by request.

Outside, a wrap-around decked area runs along the lodge, and guests can use a shared outdoor heated swimming pool on the farm, open 8am to 8pm from May to September. A dedicated EV charging point is on site, payable at reception, and off-road parking covers two cars. A shop and fishing lake sit on the farm itself, with a pub around 1.9 miles away.

Ash Lodge takes one well-behaved dog for a charge; cats are not accepted. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent, and smoking is not permitted inside. Saturday arrivals only apply between 19 July and 30 August, and the lodge cannot accommodate a Sunday changeover.
