Beech Lodge

Twelve Oaks Farm in Teigngrace, a short drive from Newton Abbot, is home to Beech Lodge, a single-storey holiday lodge sleeping 4. Every room sits on one level, and the layout suits a couple or small family for the week.

A double bedroom has its own en-suite shower room, basin and WC, while a twin room shares a second bathroom fitted with a bath and shower over. The open-plan living room combines a sitting area, dining space and kitchen, equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave and dishwasher.

The wraparound decked area is a spot to sit outside, and guests can also use a shared outdoor heated swimming pool on the farm, open 8am to 8pm from May to September. Off-road parking covers two cars, and a dedicated EV charging point is on site, payable at reception. A shop and fishing lake are on the farm itself, and the nearest pub is around 1.9 miles away.

Beech Lodge welcomes one well-behaved dog for a charge; cats are not accepted here. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent, and the lodge is no smoking throughout. Arrivals between 19 July and 30 August are Saturday only, a travel cot and highchair can be requested in advance, and the property cannot accommodate a Sunday changeover.
