Acorn Cottage

Acorn Cottage sits in the quiet hamlet of Teigngrace on Twelve Oaks Farm, a few miles from Newton Abbot and within reach of the English Riviera. The two-storey cottage has an open-plan living space downstairs with a kitchen, dining and sitting area, and off-road parking for 2 cars.

The kitchen runs to an electric double oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, and a Smart TV and WiFi cover the sitting area. Outside, a patio area with a bistro table and chairs is set aside for morning coffee or an evening drink as the sun goes down.

Upstairs, the cottage sleeps 4 across a double and a twin bedroom, served by a bathroom with a bath and a separate shower room. A cot and high chair are available on request for younger guests. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

One well-behaved dog is welcome for an extra charge; cats are not permitted. Guests share the farm's outdoor heated swimming pool, open 8am to 8pm from May to September, an on-site shop and a fishing lake, plus a dedicated electric vehicle charging point payable at reception. As this is a working farm, children need supervising at all times. Only Saturday arrivals are accepted between 19 July and 30 August, Sunday changeovers are not available, and commercial vehicles need authorisation in advance.
