Oak Apple

Oak Apple is a wooden-clad lodge on Twelve Oaks Farm, a working farm on the edge of Teigngrace near Newton Abbot. Spread over two floors, it sleeps 6 in three bedrooms and has access to a shared, heated outdoor swimming pool open 8am to 8pm from May to September.

Upstairs, a king-size double comes with its own en-suite of a walk-in shower, basin and WC, alongside two twin bedrooms sharing a family bathroom with a bath, separate shower, basin and WC; there is also a ground-floor cloakroom. The open-plan living room combines the kitchen, dining and sitting areas, with underfloor heating throughout. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine, with a TV and DVD player in the sitting area and WiFi throughout. Outside, a private courtyard has furniture and opens onto a shared lawn. EV charging is available on site, payable at reception.

One well-behaved dog is welcome for an extra charge, and cats are not permitted. Off-road parking covers two cars, and a travel cot and highchair are available by request. Arrivals between 19 July and 30 August are on Fridays only, Sunday changeovers cannot be accommodated, and commercial vehicles need prior authorisation. A shop and fishing lake are on site, with a pub 1.9 miles away.
