Nomad Retreat

Nomad Retreat is a three-storey house in Brixham, sleeping six across three bedrooms. The layout climbs from an open-plan kitchen/diner on the ground floor, through a lounge and snug on the lower ground floor, up to two bedrooms on the first floor and a master suite on the second.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine, and patio doors open onto a balcony with sea views. Downstairs, the lounge has bi-folding doors to a decked patio area with garden furniture, plus a wood burner (logs not included) and Sky Q television including Sky Sports. A separate snug offers a further TV and PlayStation 4, alongside a utility area with washer/dryer, and a bathroom with bath and WC sits just off the lounge on this lower ground floor.

Bedrooms comprise a king-size room with sea views and Smart TV, a triple bunk room with single over double, and a top-floor king-size master with en-suite shower room, WC and a Juliette balcony overlooking the sea. There is a further shower room and WC on the first floor. Wi-Fi is included throughout, along with a highchair and travel cot for families.

One dog is welcome, with additional charges applying. Roadside parking is available on an unrestricted basis, subject to availability, with a drop-off point opposite the property. The property is fitted with Ring cameras at the front and back for security. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am.
