New Cottage (Hope Cove)

New Cottage stands close to the village Square in Hope Cove, about 50 yards from the beach at Inner Hope. A small lobby leads into a bright, dual-aspect kitchen with a round wooden dining table that seats four, and a comfortable, traditionally decorated lounge with sofa and chairs. A set of stairs winds up to the first-floor bedrooms.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king-size bed and views over the Square, and the second bedroom has adult-size bunk beds. A family bathroom on the first floor has a bath with a shower over. The cottage sleeps 4 across two bedrooms and one bathroom.

Outside, a paved terrace has a garden table and chairs, a good spot for meals outdoors. Parking is available on the communal driveway for one to two cars, and the kitchen is equipped with a fridge with a freezer compartment, an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle.

Oil-fired central heating covers the cottage, and a TV and music system are provided in the lounge. On foot, the South West Coast Path, South Milton Sands, Thurlestone and Soar Mill Cove are all within reach, and Salcombe is around 10 to 15 minutes away by car. No dogs are allowed and the property is strictly no smoking.
