Muntham Luxury Town House with Hot Tub

Muntham Luxury Town House is a three-storey property in Torquay, self-contained but sharing the main building's communal hallway with five further holiday apartments. It sleeps 5 across three bedrooms and three bathrooms, blending period features with a contemporary finish.

The ground floor has a shower room and a cloakroom, the first floor holds the kitchen/diner, a sitting room and a study, and the three bedrooms are on the second floor: a super-king-size zip/link that can be twin on request, a king-size with its own en-suite walk-in shower, and a single. A second-floor bathroom with a bath and walk-in shower serves the remaining bedrooms.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and dishwasher, and the sitting room has a Smart TV, DVD player and DAB radio. Guests can use a communal laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and tumble dryers.

Outside, an enclosed garden has a lawn, patio and terrace, along with a private hot tub included in the rent and available from 8am to 10pm. Children under 8 are not permitted to use it, and it is drained and refilled on the morning of departure ahead of the next guests.

Off-road parking is provided for two cars, and one well-behaved pet is welcome, as long as it is not left unattended at the property. The owner will consider a second pet for an additional charge. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on site. The shop and pub are both around 0.2 miles away, and the beach is about 0.7 miles.
