Cove Cottage

Cove Cottage is a newly renovated, ground-floor cottage in the St Marychurch area of Torquay, a short walk from Babbacombe Bay and the South West Coast Path. The cottage sleeps 5 across two bedrooms, a triple bunk room and a double, with oak flooring throughout the open-plan sitting and dining room.

The kitchen has a marble-effect worktop with an electric fan-assisted oven, grill, gas hob, extractor fan, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge/freezer, plus a breakfast bar with two stools. A Smart TV in the sitting area carries Netflix and Prime Video, and the property has WiFi throughout. The shower room has a body-jet shower, mirrored marble flooring and storage drawers under the basin.

Both bedrooms open onto the outdoor courtyard, and the triple bunk room has its own door out to it, with a private patio and shabby-chic seating behind the property. Off-road parking for one car is provided at the rear, up steep steps to Havelock Road, though larger cars may find it a tight fit. A travel cot and highchair are provided.

The property is no smoking, and a shop is 0.2 miles away with the pub 0.1 miles, while the harbour, beaches and Torquay Golf Course are all within easy reach.
