Spread across four floors of a private, gated development, this townhouse in Torquay sleeps five across four bedrooms, each with its own en-suite. The top-floor master has a super-king bed, arched windows, a freestanding roll-top bath and a walk-in shower. Also on the top floor is a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room. The second floor holds a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, while the ground-floor single bedroom has an en-suite WC alongside a G-Force Rocker gaming chair and TV.

Thirteen steps lead up to the first floor, which serves as the main social hub. The kitchen comes with a RangeMaster oven, four-ring gas hob, dishwasher, microwave and a Nespresso Magimix pod coffee machine with milk frother (pods not supplied). A solid-wood dining table with benches seats eight, and French doors open onto the balcony with bistro furniture and harbour views. The ground floor has a separate family room with rattan sofas, a desk and children's toys, with French doors leading into the enclosed front garden. A further lounge on the second floor has leather sofas, a 56-inch Smart TV and a gas feature fire that guests may use at their own risk.

The enclosed front garden has seating and a gas BBQ with gas supplied, and looks out over the harbour. A ground-floor utility room houses a washing machine, tumble dryer and a second fridge/freezer. Private parking is available for one car, with on-street parking close by and a public car park around a mile away. Wi-Fi is included, and guests can sign into their own Netflix accounts on any of the Smart TVs, though accounts must be cleared on departure.

A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are all available, and children should be supervised in the front garden. The 13-step entrance to the main living floor is worth bearing in mind when planning your group. No dogs are permitted. A pub and shop are within 300 metres, and the harbour and marina are less than half a mile on foot.
