1 Ilsham Cottages

1 Ilsham Cottages is a mews-style cottage behind the Wellswood area of Torquay, close to Meadfoot beach and Anstey's Cove. It sleeps 5 across two bedrooms and one bathroom, entered through a large porch with room to store boots and coats.

A ground-floor bedroom has a king-size bed and a bookcase, next to a utility room with a washing machine, vacuum cleaner and clothes airer. Upstairs on the first floor, an open-plan living space holds the kitchen, dining area and sitting area, along with a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, and a bunk room with a single day bed.

The kitchen has an electric oven, an induction hob, a microwave, a kettle and a toaster, and the sitting area has a smart TV with NowTV included plus WiFi and a selection of books. Central heating, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent, and a stair gate is available on request.

Parking is on the road along the private street the cottage sits on. No pets are allowed and the cottage is strictly no smoking. The shop and pub are around 0.1 miles away, and the beach is about 0.7 miles.
