Little Acre

Little Acre is a semi-detached cottage in Wellswood Village, a quiet pocket of Torquay close to Anstey's Cove. The cottage sleeps 5 across three bedrooms: a double, a single and an adult bunk room, with dual-aspect windows in the single. Close to shops and cafes, the cottage is also a fifteen-minute walk from Meadfoot Beach.

The ground floor holds a sitting room that opens onto a rear courtyard, plus a kitchen with a dining area for family meals and games. Upstairs, a bathroom serves the bedrooms with a bath and shower over, and there is a separate WC with a basin on the ground floor.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and gas central heating covers the cottage. Internet TV, DVD and a selection of books and games are also provided for evenings in, alongside the superfast broadband WiFi. Outside, an enclosed courtyard garden has furniture for sitting out, and off-road parking is provided for one car.

The shop and pub are a two-minute walk, and the beach and Torquay Harbour are around a mile away. Kents Cavern is a short walk from the cottage, and the clifftop railway to Oddicombe Beach at Babbacombe is a short drive away. No pets are allowed, this property does not accept one-night bookings, and it has a minimum stay of 7 nights. During July and August, stays must start on a Saturday, and bookings from workers are not accepted either.
