Moules Farm - The Barn

This barn conversion sits on a working farm near Berrynarbor, one of two such properties on the site, and sleeps up to six guests across four bedrooms. The ground floor holds a spacious lounge/diner with exposed brick, a wood burner, sofas, a dining table and French windows opening onto the garden, giving the space a settled, contemporary feel rather than a rustic one.

The kitchen leads on from the dining area and is fitted with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, with its own door out to the garden. Open-tread wooden stairs lead up to the first-floor bedrooms: a master king-size room with an en-suite shower room featuring a bath, separate shower cubicle and WC, a further king-size room, and two single rooms. A main bathroom with a bath, hand-held shower and WC serves the remaining bedrooms. Because the building was originally a barn, the upstairs rooms have restricted head height and sloping ceilings in places, worth bearing in mind for taller guests.

Outside, the enclosed garden includes a patioed sun terrace, lawn and a private hot tub, along with a table, chairs, sun loungers and a barbecue. Private off-road parking is provided on site, and Wi-Fi is included throughout the property. A travel cot and highchair are available on request, making this a practical option for families with young children.

One dog is permitted per booking, with additional charges applying, and a pub and shop are both within walking distance. Bed linen, electric and heating are all included in the stay. Arrival is from 4.30pm and departure is before 10am.
