This duplex apartment sits above Brixham Marina, giving several rooms a view over the water and the harbour's comings and goings. Guests enter on the lower-ground floor, where a utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer, before heading up to the main living space on the first floor.

The first-floor kitchen looks out over the rear garden and is fitted with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, with a dining room next door seating six. The lounge has a large bay window facing the harbour and a Smart TV with DVD player. A double bedroom with garden views and a shower room with underfloor heating, a walk-in shower and WC also sit on this floor.

Upstairs on the second floor, the king-size master bedroom has sea views and its own TV, alongside a twin room. The second bathroom on this floor has a bath, a separate walk-in shower, WC and underfloor heating. In total the apartment sleeps six across three bedrooms.

Outside there is a sunny south-facing private garden with a lawned area and a patio set up with furniture and a BBQ, plus off-road parking for one car to the rear. Wi-Fi is included throughout. One dog is welcome, though the property is only suitable for a single medium-sized dog and additional charges may apply. Note that Brixham is built on a steep hill and many amenities and cottages are reached via steps, some quite steep, so those with mobility concerns should get in touch beforehand. The beach, a pub and shops are all within walking distance, though the town's narrow winding streets are not suitable for cars.
