Montague Barn

Montague Barn is a three-bedroom apartment sleeping six in Croyde, one of North Devon's most popular surf villages, with the beach, pubs and shops all within a quarter of a mile. Twelve steps lead up to the front door, so it is worth bearing in mind if anyone in the party has limited mobility.

The layout spans two upper floors. The main living floor holds an open-plan sitting room and a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Two bedrooms sit on this floor, a double and a bunk room, served by a family bathroom with shower over the bath. A further staircase leads to the top-floor king-size bedroom with its own en-suite walk-in shower room.

Outside, a communal garden with a table and bench is shared among guests for a morning coffee or some fresh air after a beach day. Parking is unallocated in a nearby car park rather than on site. No dogs are permitted at this property.

A travel cot and highchair are available for younger visitors. The apartment can also be booked alongside the property opposite if a larger group needs two units; contact the booking team for details. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00.
