Meadow Lodge

Meadow Lodge lies in Broadwoodwidger, about 100 yards from Roadford Lake, near Lifton in Devon. Roadford Lake itself is a short walk away, with a café/bar, a children's play area and a watersports centre on its shore. The single-storey lodge sleeps 6 across three bedrooms, a king-size with an en-suite shower room and two twins, sharing a second bathroom with a bath and shower over.

The open-plan living space has a log-effect fire, a Smart TV and a kitchen with a gas range cooker, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, wine chiller and coffee maker. Gas central heating covers the lodge, and a highchair and travel cot are available. Bed linen, towels, fuel and power are all included in the rent.

A private rear patio holds a hot tub, lawned area, furniture and a barbecue, though the garden itself is not enclosed. Off-road parking is provided for 2 cars with additional visitor parking, an EV charging point is on-site, and there's a dog wash and a well-equipped gymnasium for guests to use.

Meadow Lodge takes two well-behaved dogs. Sunday arrivals cannot be accommodated, and between mid-July and the end of August the property requires a minimum stay of 5 nights. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am, and the site does not accept hen or stag parties. Smoking is not permitted, and the shop is 4.7 miles away with the pub 3.7 miles in Bratton Clovelly.
