Lily

Lily is a single-storey lodge on the Roadford Lake Lodges park in Broadwoodwidger, with Ashwater about 5.5 miles away. The park has its own bar and café, plus woodland and wildflower meadows, and sits within reach of Roadford Lake for fishing, canoeing and paddleboarding. The lodge sleeps 6 across three bedrooms, a double with an en-suite shower room and two twins, plus a second bathroom with a bath and shower over.

The open-plan living space has a kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and wine cooler, a dining table for six and a Smart TV. Gas central heating covers the lodge, and a highchair and travel cot are available on request.

A private garden holds a hot tub and furniture, with a barbecue stand for disposable barbecues brought by guests. Off-road parking is provided for 2 cars, and the site has EV charging available. The shop is 4.9 miles away, with the pub just 0.1 miles from the lodge.

Lily takes one well-behaved dog, and it's worth letting the owner know in advance so they can provide pet bowls and treats. Between July and September the lodge only accepts Friday-to-Friday bookings, and it takes a single week-long booking from 22 to 29 May. The site does not accept stag or hen parties, and smoking is not permitted.
